How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 7–20 business days, depending on the product and supplier. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your cart and destination. Any free-shipping threshold is shown in your cart.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with major debit and credit cards at checkout. Prices are in AED and include 5% VAT where applicable.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships we email you a tracking number, and you can also find it in your account under Orders.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Damaged, defective, or wrong items are replaced or refunded — see our Refund Policy.
